Tom Fenstermacher earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition from West Chester University. Tom has been in the fitness industry for over 18 years. He started his career and his company as an in-home personal trainer and has grown his business into one of the top fitness companies in the Philadelphia region. FACTS Fitness owns/operates five facilities including Steel Fitness in Bethlehem and Ellis Athletic Center in Newtown Square, PA.
Tom's has built FACTS Fitness (Fitness Awareness Consulting Teams) on a "team" philosophywhich is evident througout his organization. "I believe fitness is a field where I can make a difference for individuals and the industry." |

Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Ursinus College, and a Master's of Science in Sport and Athletic Administration from West Chester University. Ian's certifications include AAAI and ISMA.

Heather attended Penn State University, during which she started teaching aerobic classes. Heather has always been interested in working out and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She decided to become a certified personal trainer to share her passion for staying healthy and active when she became a stay at home mom 16 years ago. She is a ASFA Certified Master Trainer and is constantly staying updated and educated to give her clients the healthiest and safest techniques to keep them in the best possible condition they can be. She specializes in core training, golf and tennis sports specific. As well as everyday functional training.
Besides her personal training, TRX and group fitness classes, she stays constantly busy with her 3 children. "Fitness and exercise is the best way to keep lifes stresses manageable." |

| Willie Owens graduated from Penn State with majors in Exercise Science and Chemistry. His fitness certifications include ESA, AAAI, NASM, CPR. He entered the fitness field because in his words, "It's the next best thing to being a doctor." Willie played professional football with NJ Cardsharks Arena football, 2003; CFL Winnepeg Bluebombers, 1998; and in the NFL for the St. Louis Rams, 1997. He is also a 6-time All-American in Track & Field. |

Jason Luty has been a trainer with FACTS Fitness for 6 years. He has a BS in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University, and is a Certified Athletic Trainer, currently working with Crozier Health Systems Strath Haven High School. Jason has 7 years of experience in fitness training, athletic training, and injury rehabilitation and post rehabilitation. Jason specializes in working with athletes along with special populations dealing with chronic orthopedic issues and neoromuscular disorders.
Jason is NATA Board Certified and licensed in PA under the board of Osteopathic Medicine. He has a Sports Medicine training certificate from West Chester University. Jason interned at Drexel University with the Sports Medicine staff and also with the Philadelphia Eagles team physician Dr. Paul Marchetto. |

| Lori Sarne has a BS degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Holy Family University. Her certifications include W.I.T.S. personal training and CPR. Lori has always been active and enjoys working out…she met her husband, Pat, as a result! They have a daughter and son. Lori enjoys reading, exercising and shopping. She was a school teacher for 12 years, and has now made a career change in the fitness field. |

Eric Brenner is a certified personal trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness, and attends Penn State University in pursuit of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. He has over 12 years of fitness experience, and has been personal training for 8 years. He has worked with varied populations, including young athletes and older adults, and has trained individuals with fitness, health, appearance, and performance goals. He enjoys all the benefits of exercise, but enjoys sharing that experience with others even more.

| Yudi Kerbel, MS. CPT is head trainer and fitness director of Motivation Fitness West Conshohocken. Having previously served as Director of Personal Training Education for one of the most prestigious fitness centers in Baltimore, he brings a background and passion for both training people from all walks of life and also teaching other trainers to be better at what they do. He is currently studying for his premedical postbac certificate at La Salle University and just recently became a Dad for the first time. Amy Singh-Trecoske earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University 2003. She has been in fitness for 10 years. She has been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2002.
Amy's experience includes being a Personal Trainer, Group Instructor, Sports Coordinator and Coach.
Her certifications include Postural Analysis, Facilitated Stretching, Total Body Fitness, Women’s Strength Training, Muscle Management and Lower Body Specialist.
