Just a quick note to let you know how
*fantastic* Yudi is, both as my trainer and as a staff
member at Motivation. I am stronger now than I've ever been,
and Yudi gets all the credit. He keeps my workouts
interesting, he keeps me motivated, and I'm always impressed
by his knowledge.
He's also doing a great job at the gym in general - the
interns have been great, he's always got some really good
ideas about how to make the gym a better place for all of
us, and his attitude is infectious. I'm lucky to have him as
a trainer -- and I think you guys are lucky to have him on
staff!

Michael, Thanks again for
another training session. While I have been member of other
fitness centers and have used the equipment without
guidance, it is clear to me your instruction has provided
great value and immediate results. Most important lessons
learned are how to properly and safely use the equipment and
challenging myself.
While I could move the weight, I didn't know the proper
weight to use nor the posture and positioning to obtain
maximum benefit and avoid injury.
Also, thank you for the BSDI fitness analysis. It offers me
a valuable baseline and will direct our program to those
areas most in need of attention. I look forward to an
update in a few months to see my progress or should I say
your progress. Thanks again. You are going to be a miracle
worker by the time you are done with me.

In the past, I have always worked out
on my own or with a trainer in a large gym setting. In
December 2009 at 50 years old, I was diagnosed with
Parkinson's Disease. This made workouts in a large gym
setting a little more challenging and sometimes
intimidating. A friend told me about Motivation Fitness, and
I was introduced to Huda Ahmed. I am so much more
comfortable and confident working out with Huda! She gives
me the one on one attention that I need to achieve my
personal fitness goals. In addition to being a personal
trainer, she also has a background in physical therapy. Huda
is very knowledgeable about my individual training needs and
I feel completely confident with her. She always finds new
ways to challenge and motivate me, and is a positive
influence. (I need that at 6AM!!) I look and feel better
than I have in a long time, despite the Parkinson's
diagnosis.

"My trainer, Keyonnee, has played a key role in my
return to a healthy lifestyle. In the past two months that I
have been training with her and I have seen obvious results
from our work together. She has structured a workout routine
for me that combines elements of boxing and
traditional cardiovascular and strength training. Keyonnee
has an innate ability to understand the human psyche -as she
is able to consistently push me to and above my limits
without ever seeming overbearing or bossy. Without her in my
corner, I highly doubt that I would have been able to
achieve the level of success that I have in such a short
time. I constantly recommend her to friends, family, and
co-workers, but above all, the changes in my physical
appearance are a
walking testament to her training abilities. -Dan
“I met Kyle 5 months after having my second child. I was
attending his circuit class twice a week and participating
in CLIMB. The results I started to see and feel were
amazing. A short time later I began personal training with
him as well. It’s been more than a year and a half and I
feel amazing. I lost all my pregnancy weight (and them
some), and my strength and cardio levels have improved
dramatically – I’m more physically fit now than when I was
an athlete in high school. He is never at a loss for new
ways to challenge me and push me to the next level.”

Motivation Fitness has a friendly staff, tvs
and good music, they also accommodate our work schedules and
always have member incentives." -Mike P.
Kyle is the best! Since I started training
with him I have become stronger, I have more endurance and I
require less recovery time after exercising. Kyle’s
good-natured and positive attitude definitely keeps me
motivated in the gym. I also appreciate his encouragement to
achieve my athletic goals over the last year—including
running a personal best time in a half-marathon and
completing my first duathalon.
