Just a quick note to let you know how *fantastic* Yudi is, both as my trainer and as a staff member at Motivation. I am stronger now than I've ever been, and Yudi gets all the credit.  He keeps my workouts interesting, he keeps me motivated, and I'm always impressed by his knowledge.

He's also doing a great job at the gym in general - the interns have been great, he's always got some really good ideas about how to make the gym a better place for all of us, and his attitude is infectious.I'm lucky to have him as a trainer -- and I think you guys are lucky to have him on staff!

Huda has been my trainer for just over one year.  In that time she has really pushed me to attain my goals of losing weight and becoming healthier.   She works hard to make sure that I get the best work out possible.   I've never liked exercising but Huda really motivates me and makes the hour go by quickly.  I also enjoy learning about the Indian culture.

I would like to take a moment to express what a wonderful trainer Amy has been with me. She has motivated me in many ways. I had Bi-lateral knee replacements in January and never thought I would be able to use my legs as well as I have been. She is a very caring person and has been a great coach!!

When I see her on  Wednesday afternoons, she has always had a well thought out plan of exercises  for me to do. Not only for my knees but for the rest of my body too!! She seems to really enjoy her job and I thank her for all of the great work.

Huda is a very reliable trainer who will always accommodates my needs and schedule. She is positive and upbeat which makes the training sessions more bearable; I mean enjoyable! Proper form, as well as stretching, is always stressed. This has helped me become stronger and less prone to injury. Huda easily adapts each training session to my personal fitness needs and always includes a new exercise to keep me motivated. Due to training with Huda, I have more stamina for my job as an elementary school teacher!

Balance, Balance, Balance! Bryan has vastly improved the balance in my golf-swing through leg strengthening and body awareness. The routines we go through put a premium on Leg and Core strength. Really noticable difference!
