MOTIVATION EXPRESS Workout Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12 noon
 
MOTIVATION EXPRESS is a 30-minute small group workout for anyone that incorporates the use of free weights, commercial resistance training machines, stability balls, medicine balls, mat exercises, BOSU balance trainers and more.

This is the perfect workout for the fitness novice as all aspects of fitness are addressed in just 30 minutes and you will feel the results immediately.

Unlike typical "express workouts" MOTIVATION EXPRESS raises the bar in quality and structure. This dynamic workout combines cardiovascular and strength training, similar in concept to other "express workouts," it is a much more effective full body workout.
