Our marital arts program
includes teaching methods of self defense while also
improving strength and flexibility, two very important
aspects in learning the art of self defense. Learn how to
defend yourself in any situation and at the same time work
on body weight, strength training, and flexibility. The
origin of Martial Arts can be dated back to the beginning of
Buddhism where self defense was taught alongside meditation,
both thought to be intertwined in each other. This class
will teach the art of self defense through physical training
along with meditation and relaxation aimed at improving your
focus that will help in every day life.
