Are you looking to get more out of your workout, stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals? With our small group training option you can partner up with a friends, family members , co-workers or fellow gym members.

Our small group training consists of 3 to 5 individuals who are looking to bring out the competitive edge in each other. You will find that you work harder and push yourself just a little more to achieve a higher fitness level.

 
Small Group options include:
*Core group which focuses on abs, sides, lower back and hips
*Women's weight training
*Men's weight training
*Seniors (65+)
